3. Pricing & Quotations

All prices provided in quotations are valid only for the period mentioned in the quote.
Prices may vary based on market fluctuations, raw material cost, taxes, or logistical changes.
GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government norms.
Quotations do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed only upon written confirmation (email, purchase order, or signed quotation).
Full or partial payment may be required before dispatch depending on the order terms.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, cheque (subject to clearance), or any method notified by us.
Delay in payment may attract interest or penalties as per agreement.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to logistical issues, transport availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the transporter or shipping agent.
Any additional transportation costs, unloading charges, or handling fees are the buyer's responsibility.
The buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours.

6. Quality, Inspection & Warranty

Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer's cost, if requested.
We do not provide warranties beyond standard material quality and mill test certifications (if applicable).
Any misuse, improper storage, or handling of materials voids any claim.

7. Returns, Claims & Refunds

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if:
- The material is defective, mismatched, or damaged before delivery.
- A written complaint is submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
Custom-cut, processed, or fabricated materials cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and approval.
Decision of Shivnath Metalex Corporation will be final in all disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shivnath Metalex Corporation is not liable for:

Delays caused by transport, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen situations
Losses due to improper use or storage of materials
